We stayed at the cabin and experienced the best and true cabin/nature stay while being close to all the activities in the area.
As for the host, Jill was very nice and prompt in answering all the emails and providing great directions. She explained everything about the cabin in great detail prior to our arrival and kept in touch providing us with great ideas and directions to the close points of interests. She had gone out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was extremely clean and the Jacuzzi was a perfect touch.
As for the cabin itself, can’t say enough about how perfect it was. We were looking for a wooden cabin tucked away in the woods giving us privacy and also a true feel of being in the nature. Not only this cabin gave us that, but also close enough to the parkway that you could take a short drive to get groceries. Most importantly and the best characteristic of the cabin is its location! Literally in the middle of the greatest points of interest in the area! Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock and many other unique places are within 20-30 minute drive on the parkway. We were also able to go visit Biltmore Estate for a day trip, and Jill provided us with $10 off per person! The cabin was warm and the Jacuzzi was perfectly tucked in a private balcony with a great view of the mountains and stars! I will definitely be back soon!
