WOW! The Grand View 2 Sky Loft was all you said and more. The sunrise over Grandfather Mountain was incredible and then just in the other direction, just as you said, the long range views and sunsets towards Tennessee, UH-MAZING. We really loved our stay and wish we had booked 1 more night, 3 just was not quite enough. Next time we will book 4 or 5 so we can see all the waterfalls. We visited 3 wineries and 2 breweries, there just was not enough hours in a day to see everything! We hit Linville Caverns on the way home and that was very cool. Your place was so comfortable and you thought of everything. We appreciate your attention to detail and being so easy to contact during our stay with questions about the area.
