We needed a Get Away weekend bad but with short notice. Just happened upon Bluegrass Parkway Cabin Rentals on the Internet and contacted Jill Stanton via the website. What a professional! She babysat me throughout the whole process and showed a multitude of patience and professionalism. I actually used a program on my iPhone called Waze which is a social GPS and it took me right to the doorstep of the cabin. However Jill has a great map and directions that she emails you along with the welcome package.
What a wonderful setting the cabins are in. You can hear the creek running below the cabin and you look directly at a pristine mountain across the valley from the cabin. Awesome view! Well maintained landscaping and a gravel road in great condition gets you there.
The cabin is wonderful. Clean and well appointed. Two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and a loft bedroom. Gas range, microwave, ample refrigerator and a Solana hot tub that is super clean and 2 steps from the front door!
The kitchen is well stocked with the necessary accessories, the range and oven work great.
All in a private setting and very near Linville Falls which has a number of hiking trails to it and it is well worth taking one of the trails and seeing the falls firsthand. We had a great time and can not wait to rent again this summer!
